Gluten-Free Cheese Ravioli BLT Alfredo
Ingredients
- 2 packages (13oz.) Celentano Gluten-Free Cheese Ravioli
- 1 ¼ tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (10oz.) container cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 ¼ cup chopped spinach
- ⅔ cup crumbled, cooked bacon
- 1 (15 oz.) jar alfredo sauce
- ⅔ cup shredded monterey jack cheese
Directions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the ravioli according to package directions. Drain them and keep warm. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the halved tomatoes and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the spinach and bacon and cook for another minute until the spinach wilts. Toss the cooked ravioli with the veggies. Stir in the alfredo sauce and heat for 1-2 minutes. Top with cheese and let melt.
